Holiday party snacks: Recipe for traditional holiday cheese ball appetizers

A cheese ball recipe made with three types of cheese, yummy goodness.

2- 8 ounce packages of cream cheese

1 cup co-jack cheese, grated

¼ cup bleu cheese

¼ cup parsley flakes

¼ teaspoon tabasco sauce

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredients except pecans into a ball. Roll ball into nuts on waxed paper. Chill several hours. Remove 2 hours before serving.
